App Not Loading or Crashing
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in your app store
- Ensure you have stable internet connection
- Free up device storage space (need 500MB+ available)

Login or Network Errors
- Check your internet connection (WiFi or cellular)
- Verify your email and password are correct
- Try logging out and back in

How do I reset my password?

- Enter your email and tap "Send Reset Link"

- Create a new password and log in

How do I delete my account or data?
Delete Account:
- Go to Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account
- Or email support@neukaai.com with "Delete Account"
- All data is permanently deleted immediately
